The Clark County Public Facilities District board will host a public meeting from 4 to 5 p.m., Monday, May 6, to discuss further community development to promote tourism.

The Public Facilities District was formed in 2002 to participate in the study, planning and development of one or more regional centers that would promote tourism, such as the convention center in downtown Vancouver and the exhibition hall at the Clark County fairgrounds.
The board typically meets on the first Monday of February, May, August and November.
